house has unique features overlooking farmland. Stay for a

Higher Southbrook is conveniently situated near the old A30 at Rockbeare, but only minutes from the new A30/A303 trunk road and M5 at Junction 29. Exeter is 7 miles and Exeter Airport and Westpoint Exhibition Centre less than 10 minutes. The Coast, Dartmoor and Exeter are all within easy reach. |
