We would like to welcome you to Higher Coombe Farm, situated just outside the village of Tipton St John in the Otter valley, only 4 miles inland from Sidmouth seafront. The Victorian house has comfortable rooms with tea/coffee facilities, TV and washbasins, one double room has shower en suite. The TV lounge also offers books on walks and places to visit and a selection of games and puzzles.
